Yeah so today I start my new job.
I'm kinda nervous, really. I haven't been working in awhile now...
I woke up wayy too early, now I got time to waste.
So yeah, I'm now a cashier at the nearest grocery store. yippi yay
I hope I'm gonna find *some* kind of entertainment there... ^^;
At least I'll be outside the apartment doing stuff.

Guess who's not gonna put her nose out today ? That's rite.
Stupid Blizzard storm outside. It's so poorly isolated in here... mostly in my room, which is the one facing the street, got more winds (and even more with all the cars getting off the bridge...Did you know what in front of my apartment bldg the street is still considered highway? o_O)
ne-way back to the not isolated point. You see, I use blankets as curtains to keep the heat in the room and the other I wanted to open the "curtains" and.... I realized something was keeping me from doing it. I look... THERE'S ICE IN!!!!!! and the blanket is stuck in the ice and some of my books too. Darn. And this morning, I wake up and there's snow between the windows! Now I don't think that GOOD windows will let all this through.
I've been sick for a week now and I almost didn't got out at all.. that's not entirely normal. *sigh* anyway. we'll see the heating bill pretty soon I guess. Can't wait. *sarcasm*
I'm supposed to get new windows today in my room. It was *supposed* to be yesterday but they did downstairs first. Damn sure it would have been more intelligent to do my windows first considering the fact that winter is actually IN my room... They better come today anyway NEVERMIND the fucking storm outside! I'm not gonna sleep another night freezing with the heat almost off because we heat the damn room for almost nothing...
Edit- HAHAHAHAHA I just got a fcking call by the window guys... "we're not coming due to the temparature"... they moved it to WEDNESDAY! I told the guy, "listen I got ice inside, can't you come any sooner ?"
Looks like they can't. Fucking great. :( |

The temperature is quite crap these days. Yesterday... what's THIS?!?!! Snow ? Not already :(
It's getting colder and colder (naturally) but I never expected snow
just yet. For the last 5 years we never even saw this white shit until
december. Well. It didn't last so..
My ex-roomie's cat is dead.. which shocks me, I've been with this cat
24/24 for about 10 months... I grew attached... he drowned in a
neighbor's pool, poor little thing, he must've suffered his last
seconds.
I'm addicted to world of warcraft. Damn. This freakin' game is more
expensive than I thought to play. Well... I play all the hours I can,
better make this purchase worthwhile.
Now, to keep him in our longing memories:

I'm watching Loki's birthday tape. It was october 1st. We were going out in t-shirts. And now we're fucking taking out winter coats for crying out loud! I think it's been raining for the last 2 weeks. I'm starting to think we're in UK...
Yeah, I found a program to find my files, and it did. The only thing now is that I can't restore the files on the same HD. But... I don't have any other HD that is big enough to restore my 90 GB lost files. *sigh* this really sucks. I can't even test it just to know if the trial version will actually -let- me restore the files. Well... I can, mind you, take only one file small enough to go onto my other HDs, but the time it took to choose all those files I wanted restored... was long! So if I test only one file, I'll have to select all those other ones again... I've been selecting those freaking files all day... it starting to really annoy me.

Stupid Hurricane weather. Stupid Wilma gaining forces to hit Terre-Neuve. The wind's so strong it made my eyes cry. And it's so cold I almost felt the tear freeze on my cheek.
Don't go out today people! My hands are so cold I can barely type.
I got some bit of a problem. Windows decided to format my 120 GB HD, and I've lost almost everything! I tried downloading some File Rescue progs, but they ended up being absolute bitches. If someone knows how to resolve my problem, please help!
I've lost lotsa movies and Simpsons, and I've lost so much data I absolutely need to get them back!
Please please please spread the word to find the best file recovery program after a quick format.
I would be so happy! I'd do anything! :( |

So yeah... I got myself a new cpu... which turned out to be too powerful for my motherboard. We took the old cpu back into place, and everything was working fine... Then we found some motherboard drivers to support newest cpus... and updated the bios. We rebooted, and it worked fine. so we decided to install the new cpu again just to see if it's finally supported by the motherboard... no. Thus the old cpu was put on again, and now this one doesn't work either. Tonka is now... sleeping. All my movies, my simpsons, my mp3, sleeping.. Fwed thinks that the motherboard just burned... or something. That is so fucking great.
Thank god we got a laptop a few weeks ago... And normally I'm not supposed to use fwed's laptop while he's at work... but since the other stupid comp died, well.. exceptionnaly I have this, with a few mp3s, and only a cd-reader (noooooooo all my dvds..... T_T) *sigh* yeah this sucks big time. Yesterday, the laptop almost died on us too. It was a bad day for electronical devices I tell you.
It was supposed to be a great day, with the new CPU and all... being able to play awesome games, and do movie-ripping in minutes... T_T |

Man.. I wanted to go change a check today, and go repair my freaking glasses, and go buy some food, vegetables and fruits for Loki's purees, and go buy some diapers. BUT NOOOOO in that temperature I can't go out like that! Loki'll catch a cold for sure...! FUCK
This sucks. Thank god I have something to eat anyway and so does Loki, and thank god for that random "I'm a big kid now" diapers I somewhat and strangely possess. You know, the ones made like some briefs, which are obviously not the one that Loki should wear now but hey. it's a diaper.
Gah... The worst that could happen is loose electricity, now that would be a freaking lousy day... |
